Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
